- Customer management: Enhance customer satisfaction by managing interactions, retaining clients, and implementing engagement strategies.

- Operational management: Ensure operational soundness, efficiency, and compliance across all branches within the region.

- Team management: Manage and mentor teams, including Relationship Managers and sales staff, to build a cohesive and productive unit.

- Risk and compliance: Oversee risk management and ensure adherence to all regulatory and internal compliance policies.

- Financial performance: Monitor and manage costs, and ensure the profitability of the assigned branches.
