Job Description:-
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the region.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with clients, financial advisors, and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance and market trends, and implement corrective actions as needed to drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively seek feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and enhance service delivery.
- Prepare regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and branch operations for senior management.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, industry associations, and community organizations.
Job Requirement:-
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the financial services industry, with a focus on mutual funds or asset management.
- Strong understanding of mutual fund products, distribution channels, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales results, manage teams, and foster client relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
