We are seeking an experienced Regional Head to oversee complete regional operations, business performance, and profitability.

Please note: Head-level roles will manage overall operations along with business growth responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead complete regional operations and business management

- Handle teams of 40+ members

- Drive business volumes of 40+ Cr

- Achieve monthly revenue targets of 10-12 Lakh

- Ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and portfolio quality

- Manage regional profitability and performance

- Build strategic partnerships with Banks & NBFCs

- Drive team development, process improvement, and customer satisfaction

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Strong regional operations management experience

- Expertise in financial services and lending products

- Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills
