Regional Head - Bank

Job Description :

Hiring for "Regional Head" for a leading Bank.

Lead business loan operations across 100+ branches, driving growth in secured and unsecured lending portfolios. Responsible for sales, profitability, portfolio quality, collections, channel management, and team leadership across the region.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive business growth, disbursements, and profitability targets.

- Manage secured and unsecured business loan portfolios (LAP, CC, OD, etc.).

- Lead and develop Cluster Heads, Area Managers, and Relationship Managers.

- Strengthen DSA and Direct sourcing channels.

- Monitor collections, delinquency, and NPA levels.

- Ensure compliance with credit, risk, and regulatory guidelines.

- Collaborate with Credit, Risk, Operations, and Collections teams.

- Drive market expansion, productivity, and employee retention.

Requirements :

- 15+ years of Banking/NBFC lending experience.

- 8 - 10 years in a Regional/Zonal leadership role.

- Strong expertise in Business Loans, LAP, CC, OD, Sales, and Portfolio Management.

- Proven experience managing large teams and multiple branches.

- MBA preferred.
