Our client is a leading organization in the speciality chemicals, recognized for its strong focus on performance, innovation, and sustainable solutions.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager B2B Infra & Fleet Business to lead and grow our infrastructure and fleet business across the South & West regions. The role requires strong experience in key account management, enterprise sales, and large-scale B2B business development within infrastructure-linked industries.


Key Responsibilities :


1. Business Growth & Revenue Ownership :


- Own and drive regional targets for volume, revenue, and profitability across Infra & Fleet business

- Develop and execute regional growth strategies to expand market share

- Identify new business opportunities across infrastructure, EPC, logistics, and fleet segments

2. Key Account Management :


- Manage and expand relationships with large infrastructure customers, EPC contractors, fleet

operators, and industrial clients

- Build long-term strategic partnerships with key accounts to drive sustained business growth

- Lead high-value negotiations, RFQs, and contract closures

3. Market Expansion & Business Development :


- Identify and onboard new enterprise and institutional customers

- Strengthen regional footprint through systematic market penetration

- Drive solution-based selling for customized customer requirements

4. Team Leadership & Execution :


- Lead and manage a regional team (RBMs/KAMs) to ensure strong execution discipline

- Drive team productivity, capability building, and performance management

- Ensure alignment of field execution with business strategy

5. Commercial & Operational Excellence :


- Ensure adherence to pricing discipline, margin improvement, and credit management (DSO control)

- Work closely with supply chain, technical, and marketing teams for seamless execution

- Ensure timely delivery and service excellence for key customers

6. Cross-functional Collaboration :


- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including supply chain, technical, finance, and marketing teams


- Enable solution-based selling through integrated customer offerings


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :


- Volume & Revenue Achievement (Infra & Fleet Business)


- Gross Margin / Contribution Improvement

- New Key Account Acquisition

- Market Share Growth in Target Segments

- DSO & Working Capital Efficiency
