We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager B2B Infra & Fleet Business to lead and grow our infrastructure and fleet business across the South & West regions. The role requires strong experience in key account management, enterprise sales, and large-scale B2B business development within infrastructure-linked industries.
1. Business Growth & Revenue Ownership :
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies to expand market share
- Identify new business opportunities across infrastructure, EPC, logistics, and fleet segments
2. Key Account Management :

- Build long-term strategic partnerships with key accounts to drive sustained business growth
- Lead high-value negotiations, RFQs, and contract closures
3. Market Expansion & Business Development :
- Strengthen regional footprint through systematic market penetration

- Drive team productivity, capability building, and performance management
- Ensure alignment of field execution with business strategy
5. Commercial & Operational Excellence :
- Work closely with supply chain, technical, and marketing teams for seamless execution
- Ensure timely delivery and service excellence for key customers
6. Cross-functional Collaboration :
- Enable solution-based selling through integrated customer offerings
