Job Title: Regional Head B2B Sales (Private Market & Capital Market Products)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Regional Head B2B Sales to lead and expand our partner network in the region. The role requires strong experience in capital markets and wealth management, with expertise in equity, mutual funds, IPOs, and alternate investments.
This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for driving business through wealth managers, IFAs, brokers, PMS houses, and institutional partners, while ensuring regulatory compliance and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Growth & Strategy

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets, expand market penetration, and strengthen company's regional presence.
- Identify emerging investment trends, competitor moves, and regulatory updates to shape go-to-market strategies.
2. Channel Partner Development
- Build and manage a strong network of wealth managers, IFAs, stockbrokers, PMS managers, and institutional distributors.
- Train and educate partners on product knowledge, especially private market investments and digital FD offerings.
- Drive engagement programs to enhance partner productivity and loyalty.
- Ensure smooth partner onboarding and 100% digital transaction journey adoption.
3. Team Leadership
- Hire, lead, and mentor a high-performing regional sales team.
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and coach team members to deliver business outcomes.
- Build a performance-driven culture while upholding company values and compliance standards.
4. Operations & Compliance
- Work closely with compliance and operations teams to ensure adherence to SEBI and RBI regulations for all products.
- Oversee accurate reporting, documentation, and MIS for senior management.
- Ensure investor protection and risk disclosures are fully communicated to all stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
Education:
- MBA/PGDM preferred.
Experience:
- 8-15 years of experience in B2B channel sales within capital markets, wealth management, or alternate investments.
- Strong understanding of mutual funds, equities, IPO process, and private market investment products.
- Proven track record of building and scaling a network of IFAs, brokers, and institutional partners.
Skills & Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of capital market products and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead a multi-location sales team and deliver results.
- Comfort with digital platforms and fintech-driven sales models.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
