- Achieve and exceed regional business goals and revenue targets.

- Drive B2B sales, focusing on onboarding businesses & channel partners to strengthen our services.
- Franchise & IFA Acquisition: Identify, approach, and acquire Authorized Persons (APs) and Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) to expand our partner network, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance.
- Build and scale the IFA Channel, providing them with the right tools, training, and support to grow their business while enabling cross-selling of third-party financial products.
- Collaborate with APs and IFAs to maximize sales, leverage their networks, and explore new growth opportunities.
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing sub-brokers, APs, and IFAs by offering consistent engagement, training, and performance support.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory standards, and internal policies.
