
Job Description :
1) Leadership & Team Management:
a) Recruit, develop, and lead a team of Wealth Managers.
b) Provide continuous training, mentoring, and performance coaching.
c) Drive a culture of accountability, high ethics, and client-centricity.
2) Business Development & Sales Management:
a) Ensure Wealth Managers achieve their assigned business targets.
b) Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve productivity.
c) Drive acquisition of new clients and expansion of wallet share within existing clients.
3) Client Experience & Service Quality:
a) Ensure that all clients receive high-quality, proactive, and compliant advisory services.
b) Strengthen client relationships through periodic reviews and engagement.
c) Resolve escalations and maintain superior client satisfaction.
4) Strategic & Operational Responsibilities:
a) Align the region's business plans with organizational goals.
b) Execute management's growth strategy for the Mumbai region.
c) Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory norms, and internal guidelines.
