Sales Activity:
1) Acquisition Events- Minimum 2 events
2) Adding New Franchisee in the System through Company Leads and Personal Source and Accountable for Servicing for 1st year.
3) Referrals leads to be generated through existing relationships in conjunction with HO
4) Maintaining TAT for digital leads (LMS)
5) Facilitating business development activities for newly commenced BP's to augment new client addition & revenue generation
6) Facilitating training locally & @ HO for all new BP's
7) Identifying & informing training requirements of business partners to local resources.
8) Work along with hand-holding resources to develop business.
Contributing Responsibilities:
Operational Activity:
1) Timely on boarding of new BP's in TSS
2) On-boarding BP's by meeting them personally & profiling them who are in line with our internal policies
3) Facilitate VL installation
4) Monthly MIS to be shared to your reporting manager with CC to HOD
5) Meet critical compliances related to BP/AP
6) Regular meetings to be captured in the format provided
