Location: Mumbai Experience - 8+ years Position Summary: The Regional Finance Manager plays a critical role in our organization by leading the financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis efforts. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insightful financial guidance and support to aid in decision-making and achieve our business objectives. Role & Responsibilities: Financial Planning: - Lead the development of the annual operating plan, long-range strategic plans, and associated financial models. - Collaborate with business units to establish performance metrics, KPIs, and targets to drive business growth and profitability. Forecasting And Budgeting: - Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial forecasts, incorporating inputs from various departments and market trends. - Manage the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and efficient allocation of resources. Financial Analysis: - Provide in-depth analysis and insights to support strategic decisions, investments, and resource allocation. - Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions. Business Partnering: - Build strong relationships with functional leaders and provide financial guidance to support their initiatives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and optimize business performance. Management Reporting: - Prepare and deliver insightful financial reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key performance drivers and variances against budgets/forecasts. Cost Management: - Monitor and analyze cost structures to identify areas for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and resource optimization. Strategic Planning: - Contribute to the development of the company's strategic plan by providing financial analysis and insights. - Evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and investments from a financial perspective. Process Enhancement: - Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.
