Regional Finance Controller

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Position will overall manage the manufacturing units in Africa and will ensure the smooth functioning of the finance process.

1. To manage daily accounting of treasury and supervise accounting of AR & AP.

2. To ensure the Factory Gate control of Inward and Outward movement of goods/assets of the company.

3. To ensure the Store Accounting (MIGO/MIRO), issue of materials to production and necessary accounting for the same in SAP.

4. Production accounting - W.I.P finished goods, yield analysis and control.

5. To maintain strong relationship with all the bank and coordinate with the for routine banking operation and to maximize retail auctions.

6. To review daily fund planning and ensure its implementation.

7. To review and ensure that all entries of banking, AP and AR are correctly being posted in SAP and debtors and creditors reconciliation are being done on monthly basis.

8. To review daily banking bank reconciliation of all the banks on daily basis.

9. To review and sign off payments to ensure that correct and due invoices is being settled.

10. To give all required inputs to prepare annual budget, and for Balance of year (BOY) forecast to closing & reporting team.

11. To prepare, examine, and analyse accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports monthly for all relevant accounts to support analysis and business decisions.

12. To ensure proper accounting of capital expenditure and variance analysis.

13. To ensure preparation of actual cash outflow and report variances with projection.

14. Various monthly MIS reporting.

15. Implement and monitor control system.

16. To handle and ensure proper insurance cover of fixed and current assets.

17. To Closely work with local HR Team to ensure drafting and implementation HR Policies, salary disbursement etc.

18. To supervise and ensure compliances of various local laws.

19. To coordinate and support on need basis to Plant, Commercial and admin team.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Qualified: Chartered Accountant

INDUSTRY PREFERENCE: Beverages

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Experience of at least 10 to 15 years of working in a Beverages company. Has strong hands-on experience of working in SAP.
