Role Title:
Regional Customer Marketing Manager - North
Stakeholders:
- Internal: Customer Marketing HO Team, Sales Development, Zonal Sales Team, Marketing, Operations, Finance
- External: Channel Partners, Regional Vendors
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:
1. To ensure AOP for region across channels is achieved by identifying, planning, executing and monitoring various brand X SKUs X Channel X State level BTL activations to drive offtake @POS.
2. To identify, design and execute strategies to achieve regional targets for
a. Top line (existing portfolio and NPDs)
b. Direct coverage
c. Indirect coverage
3. Gather, evaluate, and share insights from Market to help customer marketing
a. Improve Existing brands / SKUs
b. Deliver better NPDs plans: Detailed competition benchmarking (brands, MRP,PTR, PTS, schemes, incentives, etc).
4. To ensure smooth execution of BTL activation (brand as well as channel forward) and settlement activities including gift articles
5. Work closely with regional sales team to plan and execute various BTL plans to deliver regional AOP
6. Ensure detailed sales plan forecast is prepared and shared on timely manner
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE & DESIRED SKILL SETS:
- Masters in business administration
- 7 to 10 years work experience (post qualification) in FMCG/ OTC manufacturing setup of reputed firm
- Experience of Sales in the designated region is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Business acumen across channels
- Ownership and skill to work in conflict
- Knowledge of vendor base across channels in the region
