Regional Credit Manager - Large Corporate Firm

Key Objective of the Job:

- To handle responsibilities mapped to profile of Area Credit Manager.

- Review and Evaluating large Corporate proposals within stipulated timelines

- Underwriting and structuring transactions by reviewing Business, Financial, Industry and Management related risks

- Review and negotiations of covenants, structure related inputs, for mitigating transaction related risks

- Provide inputs related to policy, SOP, regulatory norms, taxation, legal aspects and laws.

- Portfolio level risk mitigation, maintaining portfolio quality and health, customer visits, market intelligence

- Driving projects related to Credit related automation, digital processes and AI implementation

- Adequately identify and articulate the risks and respective mitigates along with the sanction conditions/ recommendation.

Major Deliverables:

- To review and underwrite transactions of High ticket size and provide inputs on key risks, strengths and covenants.

- Critically evaluate the transaction risk, business & Financial risk of the borrower as well as industry risk involved in any given industry.

- To Identify relevant and associated risk as aforementioned and submit appropriate mitigate against each.

- Manage team members and deliver organization objectives

Specialized job competencies:

- Deep understanding of large Corporates, business groups, products including structured products, Industries

- Assessment of financials across industries, nuances of regulations, taxes, legal matters impacting the transaction

- Excellent articulation of key transaction risks

- Ability to negotiate key terms, covenants

- Team management

Desired Experience:

- Preferably having relevant experience of min 12-16 years

- Relevant underwriting experience in Large/Mid corporate segment comprising of evaluating high ticket size exposures.
