Job Description:

Hiring for "Regional Credit Manager Commercial Vehicle (CV & CE)" in a Bank.

Location - Hyderabad.

Lead the credit underwriting function for the Commercial Vehicle (CV & CE) loan portfolio, ensuring sound credit decisions, portfolio quality, and compliance with credit policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end credit appraisal and underwriting for CV & CE loans.

- Evaluate customer profiles using financials, CIBIL, FI reports, tele-verification, and field visits.

- Approve, modify, or decline loan proposals as per credit policy.

- Monitor portfolio quality, NPAs, early delinquencies, and credit risk.

- Coordinate with Sales, Collections, RCU, dealers, and manufacturers to maintain a healthy portfolio.

- Review credit policies, analyze market trends, and drive process improvements.

- Lead and mentor the regional credit team, ensuring timely and effective credit decisions.

Requirements:

- CA / MBA / PGDM (Finance).

- 15+ years of experience in Commercial Vehicle/Construction Equipment loan credit.

- Strong expertise in credit underwriting, financial analysis, risk management, portfolio monitoring, and team leadership.
