Position - Regional Concrete Manager Location - Hyderabad Team - 2 Reporting to - GM Relevant Industry Experience - Construction chemical (Admixture) Objective of the role: - To be responsible mainly for all technical operations & technical Development of admixture across region. - To drive Market Segment wise strategies down the line as defined & support sales budget for admixture and surface treatment. - The technical nature of the role, extending to all channels to fully support the region in terms of technical strategy, execution and Support, and enhancing the company as a preferred choice amongst Opinion makers and Customers through innovative Constructive solutions. Key Areas of Responsibility: ESSENTIAL : - Key responsibility is getting the product approved techno commercially at Customer places to achieve the region admixture target and GM. - Retention of customers with updated products and services on regular basis for admixture. - Trouble shooting, technical support activities. - Updating product specification. - To articulate and implement the Strategy with regard to Product development, Product modification, and technical service request. SECONDARY : - Analyse customer requirements and specification, suggest most suitable product solution, and get the product approved from the customer. (If required discuss with Tech and QC regarding suitable products to meet the customer expectations) - If the suggested product is not meeting the customer expectation in coordination with Technical modified or different suitable product shall be proposed to get the product approved. - Assisting senior sales staff in promoting strategic planning and implementing business plansand Working for target market in terms of price, promotion and market share - Conducting CGA and admixture Lab and plant trials at cement and batching plants along with CGA sales and Concrete technologist team. Trouble shooting during trials. Advice or provide needful information to CGA sales and Concrete Technologist (CT) team regarding trials - Communication with clients for promotion of product in coordination with sales team if required and Price, terms & conditions negotiations with corporate for orders. - Provide needful inputs to technical and QC regarding customer requirement in development of new products - Providing market inputs / competitor products information. Tracking Competitor activities and generating market intelligence reports - Key account Management - Responsible for Customer Retention and Identification of opportunities for revenue growth - Preparation of appropriate reports on sales / technical activities connected with CGA - Analysis of competitor sample in coordination with QA/technical and benchmarking the same with our range. Giving key inputs to technical and FTC in developing new products. - Building good, long term rapport and relation with key accounts and retaining the existing business. - Trouble shooting, training of CT and sales team and customer presentations, seminars etc. - Keeping data base or records and maintenance etc of company assets at customer places like dosing pump, storage facilities etc. - Close coordination with Supply chain and factory for RM inventory, ROL, new ARM etc.
