Regional Collections Manager

Job: Regional Collection Manager Retail Assets (Pre-NPA & NPA)

Position Title: Regional Collection Manager

Business Vertical: Retail Assets (Auto Loan, CVCE, Personal Loan, Two-Wheeler Loan)

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Management:

- Manage and control the Pre-NPA and NPA buckets of Auto Loan, CVCE, Personal Loan, and Two-Wheeler loans.

- Monitor delinquency trends, take proactive measures to reduce roll-forwards, and improve recovery efficiency.

- Achieve regional collection efficiency and resolution targets as per defined KPIs.

Team Management:

- Lead, guide, and mentor a team of 5 on-roll employees (Collection Managers/Officers).

- Ensure the team is aligned with collection strategies, compliance practices, and performance benchmarks.

- Provide regular training and performance reviews to drive productivity and accountability.

Agency & Vendor Management:

- Handle and monitor collection agencies and field executives appointed in the region.

- Ensure agencies adhere to bank policies, code of conduct, and regulatory guidelines.

- Evaluate agency performance through regular audits, reviews, and incentive structures.

Stakeholder Management:

- Work closely with business teams, risk management, and legal departments for effective portfolio resolution.

- Liaise with regional leadership for resource planning, policy feedback, and escalations.
