Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee regional collection operations for Tractor Loan portfolio for NPA

- Drive collection efficiency, recovery targets, and delinquency control

- Lead, mentor, and monitor collection teams and channel partners

- Ensure adherence to collection processes, policies, and regulatory compliance

- Analyze portfolio performance and implement corrective action plans

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for resolution of high-value cases

- Handle escalations, legal coordination, and vendor management

- Support business growth through strong collection governance
