Job Description:

- The role will be responsible for execution of the collection plan for the given secured financial assets.

- The incumbent will be responsible for recovery and shall be leading the regional resolution team steering leadership in process oriented, innovative problem-solving approach, enforcement of action under SARFAESI, Asset Repossessions, Identification of Investors for Sale, holding negotiations for settlement etc.

- Delivers of collection targets.

- Ensure end to end NPA Management & Write off Recovery Mechanism

- Ensure payments, Audit receipts get deposited within the defined SLA

- Regulatory compliance & documentation of operational actions

- Timely action & compliance of operational process for liquidation

- Collection from secured financial assets.

- Close coordination with the legal team to make sure all the legal actions are initiated to maximize recoveries
