Regional Collection Manager - Affordable Housing/LAP - Banking/Financial Services

Position : Regional Collection Manager

Location : Vijayawada

Product : Affordable Housing Loan (AHL) / Loan Against Property (LAP)

Coverage : Entire Andhra Pradesh

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive collection performance across Andhra Pradesh for Affordable Housing and LAP portfolios.

- Manage collection efficiency, delinquency, roll-forward, and NPA levels.

- Lead and mentor regional collection teams, branch collection managers, and agencies.

- Monitor bucket-wise performance (30+, 60+, 90+, NPA).

- Handle legal recoveries, SARFAESI actions, repossessions, and high-value delinquent accounts.

- Ensure achievement of monthly collection targets and portfolio quality metrics.

- Coordinate with Business, Credit, Legal, and Operations teams for resolution of critical cases.

- Conduct regular branch visits and portfolio reviews across the state.

- Prepare MIS, collection dashboards, and management reports.

Candidate Profile :

- 5+ years of experience in Collections within Affordable Housing, Housing Finance, LAP, or Mortgage products.

- Strong exposure to regional or state-level collections management.

- Experience handling Andhra Pradesh geography is preferred.

- Knowledge of legal recovery processes and SARFAESI regulations.

- Proven team handling and agency management capability.
