Job Description:

Responsible for managing and strengthening the collections function across Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka.

- Focus on controlling delinquencies, improving collection efficiency, ensuring resolution of NPA accounts, and maintaining portfolio quality.

- Support overall profitability and asset performance of the region.

Portfolio & Collection Management:

- Oversee the collections performance of all branches across TN, AP, TG, and KA.

- Ensure effective monitoring of delinquent accounts and drive strong recovery actions.

- Implement collection strategies to maintain healthy portfolio quality.

NPA Resolution:

- Review and resolve NPA cases in coordination with branch and legal teams.

- Ensure overall NPA level remains below 5% across the region.

Profitability & Financial Metrics:

- Ensure the region maintains healthy State ROA (Return on Assets).

- Drive actions to maintain healthy Earned IRR across the portfolio.

AFC Collections:

- Ensure AFC collections are achieved consistently.

- Monitor AFC accounts and take corrective actions where required.

Team Leadership & Monitoring:

- Lead and manage state and branch collection teams.

- Conduct periodic performance reviews with Regional / State / Branch Collection Managers.

- Provide guidance and training to strengthen recovery capabilities.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 15 - 20 years of experience in NBFC collections, specifically in Commercial Vehicle Finance.

- Experience across Southern region in collections.

- Proven experience in handling regional collections portfolio.
