We Are Hiring! Manager - Regional Collection Manager| Karnataka for NBFC

Professional Experience : Min 12 years NBFC collections experience and min 7 years of team/branch handling. Knowledge on interest rates and calculations.

Personality Traits : Confident and proactive. Ability to analyse, prioritize, problem-solving and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all records and communications

Business Perspective:

- Achieve collection targets assigned to the territory by meeting collection target for the states or region assigned

- Track & control the delinquency of the area and focus on non-starters

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and customer service, to resolve complex or escalated customer issues

- Prepare regular reports on collections activities, presenting data and insights to upper management

Customer Perspective:

- Ensure all terms and agreements are communicated clearly and also preferably in writing

- Engage customers in the method and channel of their choice

- Actively listening, empathizing, and offering flexible solutions

Process Perspective:

- Legal and regulatory requirements related to collections, including fair debt collection practices

- Remaining informed of any legislative procedural training regarding debt collection

- Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct

Development Perspective:

- Develop and implement effective collections strategies and procedures to maximize debt recovery while maintaining positive customer relationships

- Update credit policy based on market conditions
