This role will be responsible to drive the growth and operational excellence of our retail presence across COCO (Company Owned Company Operated), COFO (Company Owned Franchise Operated), and FOFO (Franchise Owned Franchise Operated) store formats.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement a retail sales strategy that aligns with the company's long-term growth objectives across COCO, COFO, FOFO.

- Take full ownership of the sales P&L, setting and achieving ambitious revenue targets, managing budgets, and ensuring sustainable profitability.

- Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities and mitigate risks.

- Lead the annual, quarterly, and monthly sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting process with a high degree of accuracy

Retail Operations

- Oversee end-to-end operations of existing stores to ensure seamless functioning and profitability.

- Monitor & review store performance (sales, KPIs, customer experience, inventory) and initiate corrective actions.

- Define SOPs for store operations across formats and ensure compliance.

- Manage relationships with franchise partners, ensuring alignment with brand standards and policies.

- Develop and standardize frameworks for local store marketing and community engagement events to drive footfalls and store traffic.

- Collaborate with marketing team to drive sales, improve conversion rates, and leverage different tools for deeper customer engagement.

Operational & Distribution Excellence

- Collaborate with the Business Development team by providing data-driven insights to inform market analysis and the network expansion strategy.

- Oversee the national New Store Opening (NSO) process, ensuring a standardized and successful rollout for all new locations.

- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure optimal inventory management, product availability, and successful new product launches.

- Streamline sales processes and leverage other business intelligence tools to enhance efficiency and reporting.

Team Leadership & Development

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a national team of Business Development Manager, Retail Operations Manager, Project Manager

- Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement through effective coaching and performance management.

- Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of top-tier sales talent.
