Qualification & Experience:

BE with 8 years of exp CFA and secondary logistics from FMCG Industries only.

Responsibilities:

- Manage warehouse operations and secondary freight management for Foods categories across the assigned region.

- Identify and implement cost optimization opportunities through freight negotiations, warehouse overhead control, route optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Monitor and optimize key cost metrics including:

- Warehouse operations cost

- Packaging charges per MT

- Primary freight cost per MT

- Secondary freight cost per kg

- NPD logistics cost management

- Utilize data analytics and operational insights to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.

Supply Chain & Distribution Management:

- Drive PDP (Primary Distribution Planning) and routing efficiency at CFA locations.

- Ensure timely follow-up on pending orders with focus on:

- TAT adherence - OTIF (On Time In Full)

- 95%+ fill rates across SKUs

- Maintain and update transportation master data including freight rates, routes, and distance matrices across Excel, SAP, and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

- Implement depot SOPs and establish robust control mechanisms for operational compliance.

- Design and manage depot payment structures and conduct periodic depot audits.

Warehouse & Transportation Operations:

- Oversee warehouse management for Foods across the region.

- Ensure production and dispatch planning of products aligns with sales plans and CFA requirements.

- Manage secondary transportation operations (Depot to Stockists) with focus on:

- Route planning

- Vehicle utilization

- Right truck-type selection

- Freight optimization

Compliance & Quality Standards:

- Ensure all CFA operations comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

- Drive adherence to:

- FSSC 22000 standards

- ISO 45001 standards

- Maintain operational quality, food safety, and workplace safety compliance across all CFA locations.

Performance & Continuous Improvement:

Drive operational excellence through performance tracking and process optimization metrics such as:

- Indent vs Placement

- Truck Utilization

- Transit Time Adherence

- Shortage/Damages Index

- Lead sustainability initiatives across CFA operations
