Designation: Regional Business Manager - Working Capital

Role & Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with key individuals (CFOs/promoters) in the target segments - Fostering client trust and confidence are the goals of managing a team of leaders and relationship managers at the regional level, as well as leading the team for new acquisitions through branch banking and/or customer referrals.
- Focus on consistently growing the location's book size, SOH, and profitability.
- Developing and guiding team members to reach their targeted performance levels (RM productivity)
- Addressing and resolving issues at the regional level.
- Channel Management, including RL, Privy, Wealth, etc.
- Promoting the adoption of various digital initiatives at the regional level.
- Ensuring proper sourcing at the regional level.
- Expanding our market reach through associations, trade shows, local forums, etc.
- Encourage the team to provide excellent customer service.
- Manage the location's TAT within predetermined bounds for all areas, including client onboarding, request processing, renewals, etc.
- Boost productivity by keeping an eye on and supervising ongoing process improvement.
- To increase efficiency in the area, benchmark and implement industry best practices.
