Position: Regional Business Manager DST & DSA.
Industry: NBFC / HFC Affordable Housing.
Location: Thane.
Scope : he will manage Entire Mumbai.
Total Work Experience: 20+ years.
Industry & Experience Preference:.
- Strong background in Affordable Housing Finance / Housing Loans / Mortgage.
- Experience from established NBFCs or HFCs.
- Deep understanding of the Mumbai market.
Key Skills & Expertise Required:
- Strong command over DST & DSA channel management.
- Ability to drive business volume in affordable housing loans.
- Proven track record of scaling channels across the region.
- Team management and leadership capabilities.
- Strong relationship management with channel partners.
- Compliance awareness related to housing finance.
Job Responsibilities:
Channel & Market Management:
- Manage and expand the DST & DSA network across Mumbai with strong focus on productivity.
- Build and maintain builder relationships and manage the process.
- Recruit, train, and manage channel partners and DST employees.
- Plan and execute local campaigns and marketing activities for sustained lead generation.
- Strong capability to drive direct sourcing from the market.
Business Growth & Customer Management:
- Achieve and exceed regional business targets for affordable housing loans.
- Advise customers on their mortgage/loan requirements ensuring proper product fitment.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of customer business models, income patterns, and documentation.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer queries and complaints to maintain customer satisfaction.
Risk, Compliance & Portfolio Quality:
- Assess and comprehend risk inherent to customer segments; coordinate with credit teams.
- Maintain deep knowledge of internal processes, credit policies, and regulatory norms.
- Ensure quality sourcing aligned with internal policy & guidelines.
- Support collections for assigned delinquent customers and ensure portfolio quality.
- Ensure strong governance across preand post-disbursement activities.
Leadership & Performance:
- Lead the team and ensure efficient cross-functional coordination.
- Strengthen the regions presence through strategic initiatives and expansion of channel ecosystem.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and maintain performance even under pressure.
- Display strong communication skills, empathy, and customer-centric behaviour.
Product Mix / Ticket Size:
- Product Focus: Affordable Housing Loans & LAP (if applicable).
- Ticket Size: Up to 25 to 30 Lakhs.
Additional Notes:
- Preference for candidates with stable tenure and strong Mumbai market connections.
- Must have handled midlarge volume affordable housing business.
- We dont require candidate who manage 5-6 branch in Mumbai.
