Regional Business Manager - Construction Finance

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Construction Finance business at a regional level.

Role: Regional Business Manager - Construction Finance

Experience: 6-12 years

Location: Mumbai (Borivali)

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business growth and achieve regional targets (disbursement, revenue, profitability).

- Manage and lead a team of Sales/Relationship Managers.

- Build strong relationships with builders, developers, DSAs & connectors.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

- Oversee end-to-end loan lifecycle (sourcing to disbursement).

- Collaborate with Credit, Legal, Technical & Operations teams.

- Monitor portfolio quality and ensure controlled NPAs.

Key Requirements:

- Experience in Construction Finance / Real Estate Finance.

- Strong builder/developer network in the region.

- Good understanding of project evaluation & cash flow analysis.

- Proven leadership and team management skills.
