Profile Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Business Head (RBH) to lead our Micro LAP (Loan Against Property) sales operations across Coimbatore. This role will involve driving business growth and ensuring profitability while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance. The average ticket size for Micro LAP will range from 10-15 lakhs.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets across geographies.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure alignment of branch-level targets with the overall business objectives.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team Branch Managers, Sales Executives, and Relationship Officers across Locations.
- Contribute towards expansion of branch footprint and consequent hiring.
- Identify and onboard high-quality customers through focused sales initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, intermediaries, and key customers.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation to disbursal and post-disbursal services.
- Keep the delinquency in check and under prescribed norms
Candidate Details:
- 8+ years proven experience in an NBFC/HFC with a focus on Small ticket HL or LAP.
- Ability to derive the best outcome from a large team.
