Regional Business Head/Zonal Business Head
About the Role:
- Lead and manage a large field sales team focused on onboarding retailers onto the platform
- Drive Gross Transaction Value (GTV) and improve throughput from activated retailers
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion
- Create and implement detailed business plans and GTM strategies for existing product and service channels
- Take complete ownership of retailer network growth, ensuring higher activation, engagement, and transaction volumes
- Identify opportunities to enhance product offerings and competitive positioning through continuous market benchmarking
- Establish and streamline sales processes, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive efficiency and accountability
- Build a high-performance sales culture through coaching, monitoring, and performance management
- Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to leverage tools and campaigns for improved sales outcomes
Candidate Details:
- An MBA (Sales & Marketing) from a Tier I / II institute, with Retail field sales experience and a proven track record of developing and deploying Go-to-Market sales machinery.
- Preferred Industries: Fintech / Telecom / Insurance / Payments / Fintech-enabled B2C Retail Field Sales / BFSI - Retail Field Sales retailer onboarding experience
