Regional Business Head - Outdoor Advertising - South

We are looking for a Regional Business Head to lead and scale our Outdoor (OOH) business across South India.

This is a leadership role with complete ownership of revenue, client relationships, and regional growth strategy. You will work closely with senior leadership to strengthen the South as a key growth engine, while building long-term client partnerships and driving commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive regional P&L, revenue growth, and profitability

- Lead and grow strategic client relationships across South India

- Drive new business acquisition and account expansion

- Build and execute regional growth strategy in partnership with leadership

- Strengthen market presence across key cities like Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi

- Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing teams

- Ensure campaign delivery excellence and client satisfaction

- Leverage market insights to identify new opportunities and growth levers

Ideal Candidate:

- 8+ years of experience in Outdoor Advertising (OOH)

- Strong exposure to South Indian markets and regional clients

- Proven track record in revenue growth, client leadership, and business development

- Experience managing key accounts and long-term client partnerships

Strong understanding of:

- OOH formats (billboards, transit media, street furniture)

- Media planning, buying, and execution

- Pricing, negotiations, and margins

- Experience owning or contributing to P&L and commercial outcomes

- Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels

Preferred Background:

- Experience in media, advertising, or OOH-focused organizations

- MBA (Marketing / Strategy) or equivalent (preferred, not mandatory)
