About the Role
The Regional Business Head will be responsible for driving business growth, profitability, and operational excellence across the assigned region.
The role involves leading sales, operations, and customer service teams to achieve revenue targets, strengthen dealer and customer networks, and ensure compliance with company policies.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a strategic mindset to deliver sustainable regional performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive regional business strategy to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Lead and manage branch operations, sales teams, and business development initiatives across the region.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion prospects.
- Monitor performance metrics, ensuring consistent achievement of branch and regional goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, processes, and regulatory standards.
- Oversee credit quality, collections, and portfolio health within the region.
- Conduct market analysis to assess competition, trends, and customer preferences.
- Implement customer-centric initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance productivity and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, credit, and marketing for business synergy.
- Prepare and present regional business reports and performance reviews to senior management.

- Knowledge of credit, collections, and regulatory compliance (NBFC/BFSI experience preferred).
