Job Description:


We are Hiring for India's largest Mental Healthcare services company, comprising of Hospital and Clinics.

In this role, we are looking for an entrepreneurial business leader to own and grow the organization's presence in Bangalore spanning 5 clinics and a flagship hospital.

You will be driving strategy, scaling infrastructure, building partnerships, and ensuring every client experiences premium, empathetic care.


Key Responsibilities:


Business Growth & Expansion

- Take complete ownership of the city P&Ldelivering sustained revenue growth, profitability, and cost efficiency.

- Drive 4x revenue growth agenda over the next 18 months by understanding key business levers and unleashing city-specific strategies in collaboration with marketing and product teams.

- Lead the expansion in Bangaloresetting up new OPD clinics and scaling our hospital network to meet growing demand.

- Build and nurture strategic stakeholder relationships (healthcare, corporate, community, regulatory) to strengthen brand and partnerships in the region.

- Identify and execute new service lines, partnerships, and market opportunities to cement the company's leadership in premium mental health care.


Client Experience & Satisfaction

- Ensure every client receives a world-class, seamless, and empathetic care journey across clinics and the hospital.

- Monitor and improve client satisfaction metrics (NPS, feedback scores, retention) to build loyalty and advocacy.

- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to anticipate client needs and proactively address service gaps.

- Continuously enhance the premium, human-centered experience and high standard of care.


Lead Teams & Culture

- Inspire, mentor, and grow a cross-functional team spanning clinical operations, front desk, and support staff.

- Foster a client-first, high-performance culture anchored in accountability, empathy, and continuous improvement.

- Champion training, upskilling, and capability building to strengthen the talent pipeline.


Ensure Quality & Compliance

- Ensure strict adherence to clinical, legal, and regulatory standards for mental health operations in Karnataka.

- Partner with clinical leadership to uphold best-in-class care, safety, and quality protocols across all facilities.


What Were Looking For (MUST-HAVEs):

- 7+ years in P&L leadership / general management / multi-site operations, ideally in healthcare, hospitality, or other service-led industries.

- A proven track record of scaling businesses and delivering financial + operational results.

- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.

- Inspirational leadership with the ability to build and energize teams.

- Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

- Prior entrepreneurial experience (preferred)

- Prior experience in healthcare or wellness

- Familiarity with NABH standards, compliance frameworks, and clinical operations
