Regional Business Head - LAP

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Business Head to lead and scale business across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to manage large teams and portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive monthly disbursements from 7085 Cr to 110 Cr.

- Handling a ticket size of 5 lacs to 1cr.

- Manage portfolio exceeding 3000 Cr.

- Lead a team of 40+ professionals.

- Expand DSA, DST, and Builder channels.

- Ensure portfolio quality and compliance.

Required Skills:

- 12-18 years in Retail Lending (HL/LAP preferred).

- Experience managing large portfolios and teams.

- Strong knowledge of AP & Telangana markets.

- Business Strategy, Team Leadership, Sales Management, Credit Risk, and Stakeholder Management.
