Experience: 5+ Years

Location - Mumbai & Pune

Your Mandate:

- Drive high-value Construction Finance / Real Estate deals across the region

- Build a strong pipeline through developer & builder networks

- Take complete ownership of regional P&L and growth strategy

- Ensure strong asset quality with sharp credit understanding

- Lead, hire, and scale a high-performing sales team

- Has closed large-ticket real estate / project finance deals

- Understands credit, structuring & risk inside-out
