Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1 Cr monthly revenue for the Bangalore region
- Manage 34 Area Sales Managers with clear beat-level accountability
- Build and scale high-performing distributor networks citywide
- Own secondary sales, retail productivity, and stock rotation metrics
- Execute GTM launches, schemes, and visibility programs flawlessly
- Review weekly performance dashboards and corrective action plans
- 8+ years B2C field sales experience in consumer durables or home appliances
- 3+ years managing Area Sales Managers or city-level field teams
- Direct ownership of 1 Cr+ monthly regional sales targets
- Strong distributor onboarding and secondary sales execution expertise
- Proven experience driving retail coverage and counter productivity
