- Executive Hiring is looking for a Region Sales Manager for an FMCG, based at Chennai.
- Post Grad / MBA in Marketing from Premiere B School with 7-9 years of exp. in an FMCG with strong General Trade exposure.
- The incumbent is expected to drive sales and market share growth across South India Markets.
- He / She will oversee the implementation of strategic sales development initiatives, manage a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs), and ensure excellence in distribution, retail engagement and market penetration.
KRA's:
- Create and execute growth plans through systematic planning and organising, including identifying focus areas of growth and long-term area sales plans
- Identify trends from data, correlate business growth with market intelligence and derive key insights
- Ensure accurate monthly stock planning, logistics management and sales forecasting
- Understanding Customers, Shoppers and Competitors
- Lead the channel strategy and infrastructure development for the zone
- Develop strong win-win relationships with channel partners
- Work with channel partners on medium to long-term investments
- Control investments at the dealer level and ensure profitable Returns on Investment (ROI)
