Executive Hiring is looking for a Region Sales Head for an MNC FMCG.
Post Grad / MBA in Mktg with 10-12 years of exp. in an FMCG where he / she has been leading / heading a Region with -
1. Proven track record of managing regional sales teams and distributors.
2. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
The Responsibilities -
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with national objectives. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration in the region. Analyze market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to adjust strategies.
2. Team Leadership & Development.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of Territory Sales Officers / Executives. Set clear sales targets and performance KPIs; monitor progress and coach team members. Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and field visits.
3. Distributor & Trade Management
- Manage and support regional distributors to ensure product availability and effective coverage. Negotiate trade terms, incentives, and ensure timely collection of payments. Monitor distributor performance, inventory levels, and logistics efficiency.
4. Key Account & Retail Execution
- Build strong relationships with key retail chains, supermarkets, and foodservice partners. Ensure high visibility, availability, in all outlets. Implement promotional activities, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
5. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis for management review. Track regional performance using sales data and market intelligence. Recommend actionable insights to drive growth and improve profitability.
