Region Sales Head - FMCG - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI

Executive Hiring is looking for a Region Sales Head for an MNC FMCG, based at Mumbai.

Post Grad / MBA in marketing from Premium B School with 9-11 years of work exp in Sales ( GT & MT ) in an FMCG where he/she is heading the Region / Zone for the last 2 years.

The Brief KRA's:

As an RSM, you will be responsible for driving sales and market share growth across the regions. You will oversee the implementation of strategic sales development initiatives, and ensure excellence in distribution, retail engagement and market penetration.

- Create and execute growth plans through systematic planning and organising, including identifying focus areas of growth and long-term area sales plans.

- Understanding Customers, Shoppers and Competitors.

- Lead the channel strategy and infrastructure development.

- Develop strong win-win relationships with channel partners.

- Identify and attract talent from diverse sources.

- Coach, guide, and inspire a team to implement the growth agenda, achieve stretch goals, and drive best-in-class processes while ensuring personal growth.
