A leading, publicly listed enterprise with a strong national presence is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to head its Energy Operations division.

Department: Energy Operations

Experience Required: 10+ Years

Education Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics preferred)

Position Overview:

- The Head Energy Operations will be responsible for driving end-to-end energy management, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and revenue assurance across a nationwide infrastructure.

- This role requires strategic leadership in executing renewable energy initiatives, governing partner ecosystems, maintaining regulatory compliance with Electricity Boards (EBs), and managing customer P&L outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Technical Expertise:

- Deep knowledge of power systems, DISCOM tariff structures, diesel generator management, smart metering systems, and renewable energy (Solar/Hybrid).

Leadership & Analytical Skills:

- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-crore P&Ls, navigate complex regulatory frameworks, and lead cross-functional operations teams.
