We are looking for a Region Finance Lead for a publicly listed company with a national presence, based at Kochi.

Grade: SM.

Work Timings: Standard, 5 days working.

Reports to: Circle Finance Head.

CTC: Industry Standards.

Experience: 6+ Yrs.

Education: CA.

Technical Skills: Must Have - Excel - Preferred - Power BI.

Knowledge Required:

- Taxation (GST, TDS) and statutory compliance.

- Budgeting, revenue, cost, and cash flow management.

- Accounting standards, financial reporting, and audit/assurance processes.

Role purpose:

This role leads end-to-end regional financial operations, taking full ownership of budgeting, cost control, and policy-compliant reporting. Key focus areas include Capex and Opex management, governance, and delivering strategic financial insights to boost regional profitability and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Capex and Opex spends, actively identifying and eliminating financial wastage.

- Maintain complete balance sheet integrity through timely and accurate financial closures.

- Drive financial execution to consistently meet or exceed AOP commitments.

- Partner with Sales and Collections teams to resolve bad debt risks and low-operator inefficiencies.

- Optimize working capital and free cash flow across all business units.

- Ensure regulatory compliance, robust internal controls, and deliver data-driven financial insights to key decision-makers.
