Reginal Chief Financial Officer - FMCG Plant

We are seeking an experienced Regional CFO to lead the finance function across the North-East & East India operations. This is a strategic leadership position with full P&L ownership, plant finance oversight, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the region

- Oversee P&L management and cost control initiatives

- Manage plant accounting across 4 regional plant locations

- Supervise sales accounting and ensure accurate regional reporting

- Drive MIS and financial reporting for executive review

- Ensure statutory compliance, audit readiness, and internal controls

- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs)

- Lead and mentor a regional finance team

- Collaborate with business units for strategic decisions and growth initiatives

- Travel as needed to plant and operational sites

Required Qualifications & Skills

- CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance)

- 15+ years of experience in core finance, accounting, and controllership roles

- FMCG, FMCD, Manufacturing, or Plant-based setup background is mandatory

- Hands-on experience in P&L management, sales/plant finance, and regional controllership

- Proficiency in SAP (preferably SAP HANA) and financial reporting tools

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Willingness to relocate to Guwahati and travel regionally
