Refyne - Senior Manager - Enterprise Partnerships

About the Role:

Refyne is seeking a high-performing Senior Manager of Enterprise Partnerships for a high-impact Individual Contributor (IC) role.

Working closely with executive leadership, you will own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, driving the strategic expansion of our financial wellness solutions across top-tier corporates in India.

How You'll Make an Impact:

1. Strategic Sales & CXO Engagement:

- Drive adoption of Refynes solutions across BSE, NSE, and Fortune 500/1000 companies by building high-trust relationships with CHROs, CFOs, and executive stakeholders.

2. End-to-End Deal Closure:

- Independently manage the complete sales lifecycle, from pipeline generation and tailoring solutions with internal cross-functional teams to contract negotiation and final closure.

3. Market Intelligence & Advocacy:

- Monitor fintech trends to keep our value proposition differentiated, and represent Refyne at major industry forums to build brand equity.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

- 8 - 11 years of Enterprise Sales experience, ideally within ERP/Payroll software companies, B2B fintech, or corporate banking.

- Proven IC track record of independently originating, negotiating, and closing high-value deals with enterprise CXOs.

- Domain knowledge in HR tech ecosystems, payroll workflows, corporate employee benefits, or financial products.

- A self-starter mindset equipped with sharp analytical, negotiation, and relationship-management skills to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Compensation Details:

- Updated Experience range: 8 to 11 years.

- Salary: 24 to 33 LPA.
