The Role: The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing the account process from initiation to completion. This role involves coordinating with clients, internal teams, and third-party service providers to ensure smooth and timely execution of escrow-related activities. The incumbent will also be responsible for documentation, user integration, communication with clients, data management, and maintaining records. What you'll do? - Gather user details for one-time integration, including information necessary to enable Standing Order (SOD) functionality for users. - Compile and organize documentation, including client KYC information, in accordance with Escrow KYC Requirements. - Facilitate the creation of user accounts and share escrow account credentials securely through the dashboard. - Manage the sanction approval process - Collect details for bureau reporting and ensure timely and accurate data submission. - Perform quality checks on earnings files shared by clients and communicate any alerts or breaches of sanction limits. - Confirm disbursals and share rejected cases list with clients, resolving any manual errors promptly. - Generate regular (automated) transaction reports for clients, incorporating any requested field additions. - Develop and maintain real-time dashboards for internal and client visibility of limits, repayments, and transactions. - Process roll-back files received from clients according to the established procedure. - Maintain records of earnings files received, rejected cases, and roll-back cases to ensure compliance with monthly disbursal limits. - Timely sharing of invoices to facilitate payment from clients for principal repayment and interest. What we're looking for? - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. - Previous experience in escrow account management or financial services preferred. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office suite and Google Sheets. - Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to escrow operations is a plus. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. - Problem-solving and decision-making skills. - High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
