Refex Industries - Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Corporate Finance

Roles:

1. To prepare project memorandum, financial model and to assess the feasibility of the projects for onward submission with bank/FI for fund raising purposes

2. To prepare working models towards evaluating the valuation and assess the feasibility of acquisition of projects/companies across industries

3. To maintain checklist/MIS of the compliances (pre and post sanction) and keep track of the all the compliances

4. To co-ordinate towards loan documentation

5. To interact across teams and arranging for timely submission of responses towards the credit queries received from banks/FIs/investors/rating agencies/consultants

Key Deliverables/ KPI's:

1. Preparing Loan Proposal, Financial model for all the capital raising transaction

2. Preparing and arranging for banking compliances for both Project finance and Working Capital loan

3. supporting Loan documentation and carrying mortgage processes

3. Preparing MIS and adhoc reports

4. Support in the credit rating assignment

5. Liaison with Banks/ consultants/Credit rating agencies/LLC/LAI/LIE etc.

Desired Profile:

Must be a Qualified CA (Fresher)
