Job Title: International Business Development - Pharma (CDMO)

Location: Hyderabad

Industry: Pharmaceuticals / CDMO / CRDMO

Experience: 2-5 years

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or Chemical Engineering; MBA preferred

Strategic Responsibilities:

- Identify, research, and qualify new business leads in target international markets (USA & Europe).

- Understand client requirements and align our service capabilities to create compelling proposals.

- Conduct thorough market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.

- Develop and execute outreach strategies using email marketing, cold calling, social media, and networking.

- Establish and nurture long-term strategic partnerships with clients.

- Build a robust sales pipeline and contribute directly to revenue growth goals.

Operational Responsibilities:

- Own and manage the end-to-end BD lifecycle for CDMO/CRDMO projects, from lead generation to contract closure.

- Act as a liaison between clients and internal cross-functional teams (R&D, Finance, Manufacturing, etc.) to ensure timely responses and efficient communication.

- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare technical documents, proposals, and quotations as per client expectations.

- Support the BD Head with ongoing client communications, project updates, and strategic decision-making inputs.

- Keep updated documentation of interactions, feedback, and market intelligence.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Sciences or Chemical Engineering is a must. An MBA from a reputed institution is preferred.

- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Cold Calling, B2B Sales, and Business Development.

- Prior experience in the Pharmaceutical / CDMO / CRDMO sector is highly preferred.

- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven - a go-getter from day one.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Comfortable working across time zones to engage with US and European clients.
