Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Tendering to lead our tendering and estimation function. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of hands-on experience in tendering, bidding, and estimation, with strong expertise in costing and final tender submission. Mandatory prior experience in ASH logistics and coal logistics tenders is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the end-to-end tendering process for ASH logistics and coal logistics projects.

- Identify and evaluate relevant tender opportunities aligned with business objectives.

- Prepare detailed cost estimates, pricing strategies, and commercial proposals.

- Review tender documents, technical specifications, and contractual terms.

- Coordinate with operations, finance, legal, and project teams for accurate inputs.

- Ensure timely and compliant submission of bids and supporting documentation.

- Conduct risk assessment and profitability analysis for each tender.

- Negotiate commercial terms and support post-bid discussions with clients.

- Maintain a tender database and track bid performance metrics.

- Lead, mentor, and guide the tendering team.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 15+ years in tendering, bidding, and estimation.

- Mandatory experience in ASH management or logistics and coal logistics tenders.

- Strong expertise in costing, BOQ analysis, rate analysis, and final tender submission.

- Proven track record of successfully securing large-value logistics contracts.

- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

- In-depth understanding of logistics operations, transportation models, and statutory requirements.

- Excellent analytical and documentation skills.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering / Logistics / Commerce / Management.

- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.

Language Requirements:

- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Tamil (mandatory).
