Refex Group - General Manager/Vice President - Project

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic GM/ Vice President - Projects to lead the execution of large-scale wind energy projects across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring completion within schedule, budget, quality, and safety parameters while driving customer satisfaction and business profitability.

Location : Chennai(Ready to Travel)

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end execution of projects

- Ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards

- Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning

- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders

- Handle customer relationships and resolve project issues

- Monitor project costs, risks, and profitability

- Ensure site safety, compliance, and quality standards

- Lead and develop project teams

- Support business growth and project bidding activities

Desired Profile:

- Engineering degree (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil)

- MBA in Project Management (IIM) or PMP certification is preferred

- 18-25 years of experience in EPC / Infrastructure/Power Transmission
