Refex Group - Consultant Role - Fly Ash Management & Business Development

Role Overview :

- We are looking to onboard a retired professional from NTPC with extensive experience in ash management and utilization, for a strategic consultant role.

- The ideal candidate will bring deep domain knowledge of fly ash handling, disposal practices, and regulatory frameworks, along with strong industry connections across thermal power plants.

Role Expectations :

- Leverage existing relationships with thermal power plants to identify and unlock new business opportunities for fly ash sourcing and disposal

- Provide expert guidance on ash management practices, utilization strategies, and compliance requirements

- Facilitate partnerships and long-term agreements with power plants for steady fly ash supply

- Support the organization in expanding its footprint in fly ash based products and solutions

- Advise on logistics, handling, and cost optimization related to fly ash procurement and movement

Candidate Profile :

- Retired professional from NTPC Limited or similar thermal power organization

- 20+ years of experience in ash handling, disposal, and utilization

- Strong network within thermal power plants and related stakeholders

- Good understanding of environmental norms and regulatory compliance

- Proven ability to facilitate industry linkages and business development initiatives

Engagement Type :

Part-time / Retainer / Advisory role (flexible based on mutual discussion)

Important Note :

Experience in Ash / Fly Ash management is mandatory. Profiles without relevant experience will not be considered.
