Looking for someone with good experience in assisting the Leaders in driving the existing business, restructuring of the business, business expansion, plan for meeting, business schedules, New Business initiative, priorities the work based on the need. Responsibilities : - Internal and external communications - Operational support - Interacting with Board of Directors - Prepare case study and reports to be presented. - Meeting preparation - Strategic lead on high-profile projects - Hiring of key personnel Meeting & Event Preparation: - Managing the meeting cadence for the board of directors and leadership team, ensuring materials are sent in advance, time is well spent, and objectives are achieved. - Planning and leading company retreats, stepbacks, and other special events. Project Management: - Overseeing large, often cross-functional organization-wide projects or initiatives. - Bring together multiple stakeholders and help drive decisions. - Researching, benchmarking, analyzing data, and making recommendations. - Creating systems and processes to streamline operations. Strategic Planning: - Leading annual strategic planning for the company. - Creating & updating dashboards for reviewing key performance indicators. Position Experience and Qualification: - Any graduate with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in handling strategy. - Prior experience working with a leading firm or consulting firm is a must. - Willing to relocate to Chennai HO. - Excellent communication and innovative skills
