



Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic professional to join as Pharma Strategy. This role will be instrumental in shaping the organizations growth roadmap across pharmaceuticals and biologics. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in corporate strategy, M&A, and go-to-market (GTM) planning within the pharma sector, either from leading pharmaceutical companies or consulting firms serving pharma clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and drive short-term and long-term strategic initiatives aligned with business goals
- Identify growth opportunities across therapeutic areas, geographies, and product segments
- Support leadership in decision-making through data-driven insights and market intelligence
2. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Identify, evaluate, and execute pharma acquisition opportunities
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence
- Support deal structuring, negotiations, and post-merger integration
3. Biologics & Specialty Strategy
- Develop strategy for biologics, biosimilars, and specialty pharma segments
- Analyze competitive landscape, regulatory pathways, and innovation trends
- Identify partnerships, licensing, and collaboration opportunities
4. Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy
- Design and implement GTM strategies for new product launches
- Drive pricing, market access, and channel strategies
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and medical teams for execution
5. Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Track industry trends, competitor moves, and regulatory developments
- Generate actionable insights to guide strategic initiatives
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and board discussions
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / Postgraduate degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field
5 to 10 years of experience in:
- Pharma strategy / corporate strategy roles within leading pharma companies, OR
- Management consulting firms with a focus on pharmaceutical clients
- Strong experience in M&A, GTM strategy, and biologics/biosimilars preferred
- Proven track record of working on high-impact strategic initiatives
