Should be Customer facing and will be responsible for the Digital & Sponsorship targets across RX India portfolio including machine tools, engineering, packaging, logistics, corporate gifting, and retail real estate. To be successful in the role, you will have a good understanding of the Digital Business and Sponsorship Opportunities. Have worked in a collaborative environment and managed dynamic teams within a B2B environment and have a tenacious, can-do approach. The ability to build rapport with potential and existing clients is vital as well as within the teams, therefore need to demonstrate strong leadership qualities. About the Team: (2-3 points) The Digital and Sponsorship Sr Business Manager will work collaboratively with the sales team to drive the revenue target. The role also requires the individual to work closely with the Portfolio Director and Head of Sales Responsibilities: (Max 5-6 points) - Achieve the Digital & Sponsorship revenue target - Managing Key Accounts and devising strategies to increase digital and sponsorship revenue across the portfolio - Setting and managing delivery against targets for the sales teams - Creating and building year-round bespoke proposals for digital and sponsorships - Creating and execution of Digital and Sponsorship packages - Creating and implementing digital and sponsorship sales plans for the portfolio - Collaborating and support the sales teams to achieve the digital excellence across the portfolio through coaching, training, and sales system usage - Preparing sales forecasts, pipeline management and reports for the portfolio - Overseeing revenue collection via credit control teams, and managing debt forecasts - Contributing to the digital and sponsorship strategy of the portfolio - Collaborate and Work closely with Portfolio Directors/Head of Sales/Project Directors to achieve Digital and Sponsorship targets Requirements: (Max 5-6 points) - Proven track record of Digital and Sponsorship sales and management - Good understanding of Digital Business and Social Media engagement - Prior experience on monetizing Digital assets and creating Digital sponsorship packages - Experience of Value Based Selling - Success in achieving high-level targets for a large-scale event and/or online business - Experience of people management, building and maintaining customer relationships and delivering growth - Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels essential - Passion for results and target driven - Experience of working in a highly competitive, dynamic marketplace - Strong knowledge and usage of Sales systems (Salesforce) Benefits: (3-4 points if it is relevant) - Group Health Insurance Policy (covering self and family) - Group Life insurance/accident policy - Generous long-service awards - New Baby gift About Us : RELX is a global provider of information-based analytics and decision tools for professional and business customers.
